Try These Changes for Healthier Living

Try these 5 tips to lose 1-3 lbs this week

1- Drink 1 gallon of good old water every day for 7 days (or more!)

Drink 16 ounces of water (average size bottle of water contain about 16 oz) before each meal which helps you consume almost half of the gallon! An easier way to ensure you are getting your water in, is by getting a reusable water bottle. 2- Eat three meals a day AND two 100-150 calorie snacks (optional). Subscribe to this blog for a free recipe book to help you with your meals. 

3- Have 3-4 cups of non-starchy vegetables every day for 7 days (such as broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, etc)

4- Limit your starch intake to a maximum of 1 cup per day (such as rice, potatoes, breads, pastas, etc)

5- No foods with ADDED sugars - I know it sounds hard but try it for a week! You got this! (no sweets, no juices, no desserts, etc)
